www.horseyshoe4u.co.uk is owned and operated by Horseyshoe4u. When accessing our website and ordering our products you agree to the terms and conditions which are stated below. It is strongly recommended that you take time to read through our terms and conditions as you will be complying with them when accessing our website or ordering our goods.

1.0 Orders & Goods:

1.1 We guarantee that all horseshoes sold by Horseyshoe4u are worn, and that they have been cleaned, hand painted and decorated to a high standard of quality. Although the treatment will remove debris from the used shoe, you agree to take care whilst handling the goods as they still may contain uneven, rough or sharp edges and accept full responsibility for injury to yourself or others or damage caused to yours or others property through your own carelessness or negligence.

1.2 All goods sold on www.horseyshoe4u.co.uk are sold on an “as is” basis and we offer no warranties of any kind.

1.3 It is your responsibility to make sure that all order forms and payments which are sent to Horseyshoe4u are completed correctly and accurately. When completing the order form you must provide us with your real name, real address and your valid email address. All cheques must be in the same name as the person placing the order unless a genuine reason is given for the difference.

1.4 We do not accept responsibility for the goods you receive being different from your expectations due to incorrect information being supplied on your order form. We also do not accept responsibility for any of our colours stated being different to your expectations due to the vast variety of colour shades available and the variances in monitor or internet browser colouring.

1.5 Horseyshoe4u shall remain the owner of the goods until all payments have been received in full.

2.0 Pricing:

2.1 All prices stated on www.horseyshoe4u.co.uk are quoted in pounds sterling and all goods must be paid for in pounds sterling.

2.2 The price of the goods quoted on our website excludes postage and packaging this will be shown separately on our order form. Any customs or import duties payable when Horseyshoe4u dispatches the goods to a country outside the United Kingdom will be the purchaser’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges. It will also be your responsibility to conform to all regulations regarding the importation of the horseshoe to the place of delivery.

2.3 The total cost stated on your completed order form will include both the cost of the goods and the postage and packaging for the goods. Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. If payment does not clear we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of goods.

3.0 Delivery:

3.1 Delivery of items is normally 7 – 14 days, please allow up to 28 working days during busier periods (e.g. June/July/August). For international deliveries times may vary.

3.2 All goods are dispatched in perfect condition, we accept no responsibility for damage caused to goods whilst in transit to their delivery destination.

3.3 All risks on the product shall pass to you upon delivery.

4.0 Returns:

4.1 If you are not satisfied with the finished goods please return them to Horseryshoe4u within 7 days of receipt of purchase with a completed returns slip. We will only accept returns of goods in an as new condition with no signs of wear or tear in their original packaging. We will give a full refund for the cost of the goods ordered; unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage and packaging.

4.2 If you do not return the goods within 7 days of receipt of purchase you are confirming your acceptance of the goods and no return or refund will be permitted.

5.0 Refusals:

5.1 Horseyshoe4u reserve the right to refuse any of the orders which are placed via post from our website. This could be due to supplies being unavailable or discontinued, payment not being cleared, errors stated on order forms such as descriptions of colours or prices which do not match the ones stated. If we refuse your order we will send an email by return to inform you of the refusal, all payments sent will be returned. We accept no responsibility for the loss of payments in transit back to you.

6.0 Information provided:

6.1 All descriptions, specifications, prices and goods quoted on this website are correct and relevant. Horseyshoe4u cannot accept responsibility for information supplied to us which is incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date. We will always work towards keeping all information up to date on our website. Our goods information and description may not always reflect the information at the exact point when you placed your order.

7.0 Trademarks & Copyright:

7.1 Goods and business names mentioned on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

7.2 All ideas, designs, goods and website content (apart from horseshoe background pictures and spinning horseshoe gif) are copyrighted and belong to Horseyshoe4u. Anyone found counterfeiting designs or goods from our website may face legal action against them.

8.0 Privacy & Security:

8.1 All information provided to Horseyshoe4u on your order form will remain the sole property of Horseyshoe4u; no personal information given will be provided or sold to any third parties.

8.2 We may use your email address to send you promotional emails regarding new products or offers from Horseyshoe4u that may be of interest to you in the future. If you do not want to receive any further correspondence from Horseyshoe4u please indicate this on your order form at the bottom of page 2.

9.0 Use of Our Website:

Where you have made payment for our goods, we will where possible provide such goods following removal of the website but where we cannot we will endeavour to provide you with an appropriate refund of the order value.
